He has also started and ran several successful firms on his own. Raj Aggarwal, the director and co- founder of NR ENGINEERS, is motivated by the business environment around him. He has experience working in a variety of industries across the country and plays a key role in identifying the best locations to support quick expansions, putting training programmes in place and keeping an eye on them, and ensuring compliance with global brand standards and processes. As a Group Business Director at NR ENGINEERS in 2004, Mr. Raj Aggarwal began his adventure. Mr. Raj Aggarwal is all set to take NR ENGINEERS reaches new heights.

In 2004, she took the biggest calculated risk of her life and dove straight in by creating NR ENGINEERS, a full-service, Fully Integrated SPM & Industrial Automation Manufacturer that aids businesses in manufacturing their components and facilitating access with a minimum of manpower and increasing their overall business revenue. This is when Mrs. Niharika’s fascinating adventure into entrepreneurship and new initiatives began! She has accumulated and developed some of the best practices’ in the field.
